What is PlatformApp?
PlatformApp Contract PlatformApp is the Kubernetes custom resource and public desired-state contract for one Platform application in one environment. It lets humans, CI, and agents describe app runtime intent without binding themselves to lower-level Kubernetes or cloud implementation details. A minimal manifest uses apiVersion platform. krakenmind. com/v1alpha1, kind PlatformApp, metadata. name, and a spec with product, owner, environment, workloads, routes, platform resources, and secret reference metadata. Secret values must never be placed in a PlatformApp.

}Platform Product Reference Platform is Krakenmind's Kubernetes-native developer platform. The public product model starts from the PlatformApp custom resource, not from renderer or delivery internals. PlatformApp is the public desired-state Kubernetes custom resource for product-level app state. It describes one application in one environment, including environment, owner, tier, workloads, routes, platform resources, and secret references. The controller reconciles PlatformApp; the API provides validation, planning, status, graph, policy, and UI or agent query surfaces around it. AppCatalogRegistration registers an application in the Platform catalog. It captures app identity and discovery metadata such as app name, product, owner, tier, lifecycle, source repository, intent path, and targe
